Natamycin

Use

Near white to creamy yellow powder, almost odorless and tasteless. May contain 3mol of water. The melting point is 280°C (decomposition). Almost insoluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, soluble in glacial acetic acid and dimethyl sulfoxide.
